these general agreements and conditions shall apply to all purchase and sales agreements done by malou and its customers through www.studiomalou.com.
no agreement can be created without your agreement of these terms and conditions.
by placing an order at www.studiomalou.com webshop the customer accepts the terms and conditions.
MALOU cannot warrant that the content of the site is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. MALOU may at any time change the content of the site.
the colors on your screen can be different than the original product. This will depend of your settings of your computer. We will do our very best to show the right colors on our webshop.

Payment

all prices are in euro’s, including dutch vat at 19% and exclusive shipping costs.
we accept payments through bankaccount.
shipping costs will be added to your order. Shipping costs are €8.05 for orders within the netherlands.
after placing your order you will receive an automatically generated confirmation by e-mail.

articles will be delivered by tnt-post. After your order has been shipped you will receive a tnt trackingnumber by e-mail.
delivery time starts as soon as malou has received the customer’s payment.

during 7 workingdays following the delivery of your order, you may request the refund of items.
the articles must be delivered at our adres within 7 days after the request.
the goods must be returned to us in perfect condition. Returns will only be accepted if the product is intact and not uesed. MALOU cannot accept returns where this is not the case. After 7 workdays malou assumes that the customer has accepted the order.
shipping charges on returned products are at the customer's expense. We advise you to provide the return shipment with a tracking number.
malou is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss.
all exchanges are subject to availability.
faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items will be made within 30-day period following delivery.
items cannot be exchanged or returned at any shops. Items can only be returned to our adres: MALOU bags&accessories, dijkstraat 26, 6691 ap gendt, the netherlands.

in case of force majeure malou has the right to cancel the contract between MALOU and the customer. A force majeure is a severe company impediment at MALOU or transport stagnation.
